When our time in Wickenburg was over we made one last trip up to Wickenburg to stay with Sandy, Mike, their dogs, and their cats! Before we started driving we took a picture of Jacoby with his favorite AZ license plate!
Jacoby was looking forward to his return to Wickenburg, primarily so that he could use his Zen-like staring techniques on Sandy’s cats. In fact, his ability to start at them without moving for minutes upon minutes led in part to the creation of the book, “Jacoby Zen.”
Of course, we all enjoyed walking Sandy’s property with her and her dogs!
While in Wickenburg we celebrated the Patriots victory over the Rams in the Super Bowl!
Jacoby had one last opportunity to “fall in” and eat dinner with his dog cousins. He also tried to play hide-and-seek with Sam, who pretended that he couldn’t find him.
We loved the hospitality at our Wickenburg getaway, not to mention the sunsets and rainbows! So we said our goodbyes and headed east.
