In January 2018, the three best friends resumed their #skipwinter adventure by moving south. The first place we stopped was a campground outside of Sequoia National Park.
On the next day we drove into the National Park. Jacoby was thrilled to be back in the truck and we were amazed at the height of the sequoia trees.
Our next stop in southern California was a place that we ended up loving quite a bit: the Palm Springs area. We found a KOA with a hot tub, and Jacoby took some beautiful morning walks with his Dad in the desert.
We also visited my Dad’s cousin Charles Dowgwillo and his wife at their house in 29 Palms.
From Palm Springs our next destination would also become a favorite destination of Jacoby: Arizona!
