Within the first few weeks of Jacoby’s arrival at our house, we noticed something odd when we played with him on the kitchen floor.
Every once in a while, especially when he saw you for the first time, he would run over to greet you and you would see wrinkles at the top of his nose.
We came to realize that he was smiling!
Any time that we came home after being out, or when someone new came over, he would wrinkle up his nose and give them/us a smile.
It was so funny that we would pull out our cameras and try and capture it, but it would be gone!
But we were able to get a couple of great pictures of him smiling. He smiled right up to the end of his life!
