Even though Jacoby was a Momma’s boy, Steve still had plenty of plans to turn him into a hiking dog like Boomer. Boomer had loved the White Mountains and went on many hikes with Steve, GrampaT, and Matthew (Wilderness Trail Holt Hike, Welsh Dickey, East Side Trail, Bond Cliff, Mount Greylock, Kangamagus Highway, Church Pond Trail, 13 Falls, Ethan Pond, Mt Chocorua).
As soon as Jacoby was old enough, we started bringing him to Upton State Forest, where he loved running around! These experiences also prepared him to love hiking with his family locally, in the White Mountains, and across the United States!
