The three best friends drove from Oklahoma City, into Texas, and then across into New Mexico. Our destination was a KOA in Albuquerque, where we would meet one of Katy’s best friends from college (and bridesmaid in our wedding) Valerie Silva.
While we waited for Valerie, Jacoby explored some of the more interesting parts of our KOA.
Once Valerie arrived, we went downtown and had fun with the statues at Glenna Goodacre Park Place.
When Valerie left to drive back to Colorado, we got ready for the long drive through northern Arizona to visit a new state where Jacoby had never been before: Utah!
