The summer of 2018 was filled with visitors, hiking, and more. As the leaves began to turn, Steve, Katy, and Jacoby enjoyed the colors as they prepared for their next cross-country journey: #skipwinter2.
One of the sure signs of Fall is wearing jeans and hoodies while Jacoby lazed in the morning sun of the golf cart.

Jacoby began to help his Mom get her garden ready for winter.

Steve brought Jacoby down to the waterfront to see if Jacoby wanted to go on another canoe ride (he didn’t!)

The three best friends took one last drive up to see the Fall colors at Glen Ellis Falls.

And with that, the three best friends hopped into their truck and Jacoby pointed his nose to the Southeastern U.S. Our plan for #skipwinter2 was to cut a diagonal from the Northeast to the Southwest, stopping in many states that we hadn’t visited on #skipwinter1.
As Jacoby looked to his future, he had no idea that in southern California he would meet one of the most impactful characters of his entire life: HONEY KURTZ.
